Where I came from / How I came to the Shelter: My owners had a three year old child and they didn't have the time to teach me good manners with people, and especially, children. So, they took me to the good folks at MARL to find me a new home. I am a very sweet girl with lots of energy, like most pups, and all I need is someone to give me lots of love and guidance and I could be a wonderful member of your family.

Ideal type of home: We would love a family that will give us a lot of attention, snuggle time and a lot of exercise. We are pretty active dogs, which is indicative of our breed, so we would love some room to run and play. A big yard is a major plus! We do not necessarily have to be adopted by the same family, but we do love each other very much and used to each other's company.
Where I came from / How I came to the Shelter: A very loving person took us in when we wandered into her yard. She took care of us as long as she could and then took us to Canton Animal Hospital, where we were picked up by the Ark. We haven't been at the shelter for very long but we are growing weary with our time here. We really need a home with a loving owner and some space to exercise.

Our Story

We are Bert and Ernie and we currently live at the Madison Ark, we love to play with everybody and cherish any time we get to roll around in the grass. We play with big dogs, small dogs, old dogs, young dogs...we just like to play! We are brothers as well as the best of friends and would love to find a home together, but would be ok separated. We are pretty energetic and would be the perfect companion for anyone with a lot of land. We just need a playmate so we don't get lonely. Come take us for a walk and let us give you lots of puppy kisses!
