Meet Lunch Box
Where dog is located now:
MARL My StoryHi, my name is "Lunch Box;" what a name! I am a very sweet boy who is VERY well house trained. I can always "hold it" until I can be taken outside. The folks at MARL love me dearly because I am such a sweet guy and I never mess up in my crate. As you can see, I am missing an eye. I was attacked by two dogs and my eye was injured badly, so the best recourse was to have it removed. MARL's veterinarian removed my eye and they have been taking care of me and loving me for about a month now. I am such a good dog and I really deserve a good home! MARL My StorySince my owners could no longer keep me, they did the right thing and brought me to the shelter. I am being cared for and everyone here loves me because I am such a sweet girl! I was adopted once but it didn't work out, so they brought me back. I have been here about 4 weeks and that is just 4 weeks too long. I deserve a loving home where I can be your forever companion. CARA My StoryMy previous owner bought me from a breeder thinking that because I am small, I wouldn't be much trouble. Well, puppies are puppies, know matter what the size, and I wasn't born knowing how an ideal house-dog should act. I love it at CARA because they have taught me not to mess up in my crate and I have even learned how to give signals to let them know that I need to potty. I know how to use a newspaper and go outside. I will make a great lap dog...I am literally the size of a jumbo hotdog on a bun! Let's be "frank," puppies just don't come any cuter! Meet Crystal and Rocky
Where dogs are located now:
CARA Our StoryOur owner just found out that she is pregnant and she didn't want the responsibility and expense of our up keep. Poodles really should be indoor pets, but she kept us outdoors for the last year, which is likely how I (Crystal) contracted heartworms. My treatment is simple and it is certainly curable. Thankfully, my brother, Rocky, managed to avoid getting heartworms. We are very attached to each other and therefore we really need to stay together, but we have very sweet and intelligent temperaments and will make someone wonderful companions!
